Brazil given favourites tag for 2010 World Cup
Owners of property in Brazil will be celebrating next summer when its football team wins the World Cup, according to one football expert.
The Samba Boys are clear favourites to lift the famous trophy in South Africa, despite the threat from Spain and England, writes journalist Robert Millward.
Dunga’s side have been made 9-2 favourites by bookmaker William Hill and Mr Millward believes that Brazil are a far more rounded team than in previous years.
"Brazil now have strength throughout the team and are far more than just a jumble of attacking superstars. Dunga has the likes of Kaka to unlock defences … in front of hard working midfielders and solid, defenders," he added.
Other challenges for the trophy will come from Germany, Holland and Argentina, but Brazilian property owners will be hoping that their team can bring home the trophy ready for them to defend on their own soil in 2014.
