Brazil real estate ‘unrivalled’, says expert
Brazilian property has "incredible potential" that is "unrivalled" anywhere else in the world, one expert is claiming.
Foreign investment advisor Amberlamb revealed the Latin American nation has an "incredibly astute" government that is doing everything to successfully stabilise the economy and let the country prosper.
Rhiannon Davies, director of the website, said buying property in Brazil offers huge gains and the country has a great wealth of natural resources and commodities as well as a booming middle class.
"Brazil offers property owners a double bonus, on the one hand a property could be a fabulous investment and on the other hand a property makes for a great place to stay in a fantastic nation," she added.
A recent report by Nubricks found that Brazilian property prices are booming, which it claims has been brought on by a strengthening economy.
It adds the Brazilian reais has strengthened significantly during the past 12 months – increasing by 16 per cent against the pound.
