Brazilian property benefitting from growing economy
People investing in Brazilian property are benefitting from an economy which continues to perform well on the world stage, according to an industry firm.
A report on Property-Abroad.com, said that the Brazilian economy has grown rapidly in recent years and is currently on track to see some of the biggest growth in the world over the coming years.
"Economic growth naturally pushes up house prices, and this is especially true in emerging markets where economic growth increases spending on infrastructure development. The recent discovery of oil will further accelerate the economic growth and rising affluence of Brazil and its inhabitants," it added.
Another factor which is making Brazilian property more attractive is the upcoming Olympic Games and World Cup which will be hosted in the country.
The events will see thousands of tourists push up rental yields in the Brazil, helping to increase property prices.
Cities such as Rio de Janeiro, which will host the Olympics, Sao Paulo and Brasilia will all benefit from the sporting showcases.
