Brazilian property benefitting from ‘new-found prosperity’
Brazilian property is benefitting from a "game-changing level of economic development", according to a returning visitor.
Patrick McGinnis, blogging for Sanford News, said that he thinks the country is now "thriving", making Brazilian property more attractive.
Having worked in Sao Paolo at the start of the decade, Mr McGinnis returned for a friend’s wedding recently and said that he noticed a huge difference in the infrastructure, lifestyle and attitudes of its inhabitants
"Of course, the usual signs of prosperity, namely packed shopping streets, bustling restaurants, and crowded hotels, were all present. More interesting, however, was the contrast in the general feeling I got from my business school classmates regarding the present economic environment," he added.
He commented that his former colleagues in Sao Paolo pointed how Brazilian property is also becoming more popular among foreign investors, with more wanting to take advantage of "tremendous career opportunities" in the country.
Sao Paolo has over ten million inhabitants, with its vibrant culture, tall skyscrapers and cosmopolitan attitude attracting people to invest in Brazilian property.
