Brazilian property in Novo Airao provides ’stunning views’
People looking to invest money in Brazilian property have been told about the stunning views in Novo Airao.
Alison McGowan, writing for Gringoes.com, said that the area is beautifully situated, overlooking the Rio Negro river, where dolphins come to feed on a daily basis.
Staying in a local pousada, Ms McGowan said that the surrounding trees and river, together with the wildlife which included an iguana strolling near her patio, made it a "great place" to stay.
"Novo Airao is situated around 180km from Manaus down the Rio Negro. It is a new town, built in the 1940s after Velho Airao (100km further down the river) was hit by a plague of ants, or political intrigue, or both, depending on who you are talking to," she added.
Recently, Ms McGowan recommended Brazilian property in Praia de Fortaleza after staying in a pousada.
