Brazilian property in Paraty ‘classic and colonial’
People looking to invest in Brazilian property should visit Paraty, as it is a classic colonial town which features buildings with plenty of character, according to an expert.
Andy Hayes, writing for the travel section of IBTimes.com, said that he loves the Brazilian properties in the town, as they are cracked, with facades and wonderfully-coloured highlights such as doorways and shutters.
"The historic centre is small and easily explored in an afternoon; Paraty makes a great base to explore beaches (Trindade being the most beautiful and thus most popular) and diving islands, but be sure to check out the waterfalls, too – Andorinhas is nice, and so is Pedra Branca," he added.
Mr Hayes also said that Brazilian property owners in Paraty are in the perfect place to buy cachaca, a sugar cane-based rum which is produced there.
Kent St John, writing for GoNomad.com said that buying Brazilian property in Paraty will give people the opportunity to find a fisherman in the harbour and head out on a trip around the islands to catch some fresh seafood.
