Brazilian property ‘perfect for party people’

Living in Brazilian property is a must for party lovers, according to a guide published by internet company MSN.

It recommended that buying Brazilian property in Rio de Janeiro would guarantee fun and excitement, thanks to the city’s party atmosphere.

The guide highlighted Rio’s famous carnival as one example of what the city has to offer, while also stating that there are parties to be had all over the buzzing metropolis.

"The rest of the year there’s still plenty to celebrate in the former Brazilian capital – knock back a couple of caipirinhas, made with cacacha – the local sugar cane spirit, and hit the city’s Lapa district," the guide said, stating that this area is home to the best nightlife in Rio.

MSN pointed out that another benefit of owning property in Brazil is being close to the world-famous Copacabana beach, which caters for everyone whether they are just wanting a drink, a game of football or time to relax under the South American sun.

Madeleine Wilson, writing for Gringoes.com, added that Rio also has excellent transport links, with buses running through the night to cater for those want to go out and enjoy the nightlife.
