Brazilian property to be an ‘exceptional investment’
Buying a Brazilian property could be an "exceptional investment" chance, according to an expert.
Paul Fenelle, a frequent visitor to the country looking for investment opportunities, told Brazilian property enthusiasts about the benefits of buying into the country.
He said that property in Rio de Janeiro offers some "interesting opportunities", as some of the mountain or beach abodes in the milder climate zones are "among the best in world".
Mr Fenelle added that the south of Brazil delivers European standards and traditions, with properties in regions such as Florianopolis.
"Myself and my wife think that Brazilian beaches are the most beautiful in the world," he commented.
Rio de Janeiro is set to be a property hotspot in the coming years, with the city hosting the Olympic Games in 2016, while the 90,000 seat Maracana stadium is also expected to host the football World Cup final when the country hosts the event in 2014.
