Brazilian property to benefit from ‘traditional trends’
Britons are likely to concentrate on popular investment locations such as property in Brazil, according to an expert.
Christopher Chadd, project manager at Property Frontiers, said that given the current economic climate, Britons are likely to play it safe for the foreseeable future, although he did state that some bargains were to be had.
"I would say that 2010 will see an increasing trend for people looking to buy property in the more traditional investment hotspots," he added.
His comments are backed up by a survey from Homesgofast.com, which predicted that Brazilian property will be the top investment option for 2010.
A recent report from the Sydney Morning Herald’s Steve McKenna said that there were a number of idyllic and secluded islands which were home to Brazilian property, adding that people should look no further than Ilha Grande for a blissful, peacful location.
