Brazil’s ‘eco-friendly resort’ coming soon
People considering buying property in Brazil could be interested to hear that an exclusive "world-class" resort is being built on the nation’s north-east coast.
The Reef Club, an exclusive eco-friendly project, has been heralded the ‘next big thing’ in overseas property, according to Nubricks.
It will host "luxurious contemporary properties", a five-star hotel as well as a number of leisure activities on site.
The resort plans to propel itself into the global spotlight by hosting the Women’s Brazilian Golf Open and the 2011 Volley Ball Championships.
Describing the project Nubricks said: "The developer’s vision is to build one of Brazil’s most exclusive destinations, raising the benchmark and setting the standard in modern luxury and leisure within South America."
It added: "The breadth and scale of The Reef Club concept has received extensive media coverage in both the UK and abroad, already earning itself a high profile, despite it not even having been released yet."
The resort will be in Pernambuco, a northern state with 114 miles of beaches, an international airport and a shipping port.
