Brazil’s economy is very strong, says expert
People interested in investing in Brazilian property might like to hear the nation’s economy has been described as "very strong" by one market expert.
Amberlamb revealed commercial and institutional investors who have bought into significant projects in the Latin American nation will have seen good returns in recent months.
Rhiannon Davies, director of the online property advisor, said significant currency improvements will have rewarded such investors.
"Brazil [is] very exciting for many property investors," she added.
According to BuyAssociation, Brazil is attracting an increasing amount of investors, holiday homebuyers and retirees despite being rather new on the international-property block.
It claims the cost of living in Brazil in one fifth of what it is in the UK and this is a reason why British buyers are flocking to the Latin American country.
The International Monetary Fund’s World Economic Outlook: Housing and the Business Cycle 2008 report found growth accelerated last year in Brazil and it predicts a moderate rise of 4.4 per cent this year.
