Recent research has shown those with property in Brazil will experience favourable economic conditions.
A consensus between analysts in the field of Latin American finances have found the country, as well as Mexico, is likely to have the strongeset fiscal environment on the continent, Property Abroad states.
The leading causes for this assessment are falls in the real cost of living and a rising number of exports being made to the US.
Although many Latin American countries will benefit from these, those with property in Brazil will experience a stronger-than-average drop in inflation, the news provider asserts.
It is also expected to have the highest boost to its exports, boasting the continent’s biggest growth in this area.
"The consensus among Latin American economic analysts is that Brazil and Mexico will be the healthiest economies in Latin America in 2009," the magazine claims.
According to Brazzilmag, a recent trade show in Sao Paulo, Couromoda 2009 – The International Shoes, Sportsgood and Leathergoods Fair, performed well, highlighting the economic advantages to owning property in Brazil.
