Embraer show off in Colombia
A Brazilian aviation manufacturer is attending an international air-show in Colombia today (June 27th).
Embraer is promoting its jets at the IV International Air Show F-Air Colombia 2008 at Jose Maria Codova International Airport in Rionegro.
People considering buying property in Brazil could be interested to hear about firm’s appearance at the event – organised by the Colombian Government and Air Force – as well as the company’s booming performance which shows economic buoyancy.
Luiz Carlos Aguiar, the organisation’s executive vice president for the defence and
government markets, said Embraer was pleased to participate in the important regional event.
"We have a very good and strong relationship with the Colombian Air Force, which has flown the EMB 110 Bandeirante and the Tucano since the early Nineties," he added.
Last month the firm announced booming growth as it had enjoyed first-quarter growth of 32 per cent.
It posted new revenues of $1.3 billion (£650 million) for the first three months of the year.
