Jude Law spends birthday in Rio
Actor Jude Law has been celebrating his 36th birthday while holidaying with his family in Rio de Janeiro, people looking for property for sale in Brazil may be interested to know.
The Cold Mountain star has been taking a break from filming Sherlock Holmes to spend time in the tropical paradise with his children Rafferty, Iris and Rudy as well as ex-wife Sadie Frost.
In addition to relaxing in Rio, the family spent time in the costal resort of Angra dos Reis.
Jude plays Dr Watson in Guy Ritchie’s version of the Victorian spy series.
He is the most recent Hollywood star to travel to Brazil for a holiday after Matthew McConaughey said last week that he had been enjoying his time in the country.
The How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days actor wrote on his myspace blog that he was meeting his girlfriend Camilla Alves’ relatives and soaking up the culture.
"We ate, we drank, we danced, and they tolerated my stumbling through the Portuguese language….I will return, beautiful country, beautiful and classy people…thanks Brazil…cool," he said.
