More investors ‘realising potential of Brazilian property’
Increasing numbers of investors are realising the potential of property in Brazil as rental income is set to rise in the coming years, according to an expert.
Steve Worboys, director of Experience International, says that there is likely to be a rewarding future for people who buy Brazilian property.
He explains that the coming years are set to yield benefits from the government’s continued commitment to investing in the country’s tourism industry.
Mr Worboys adds that Brazil’s hosting of the World Cup in 2014 will also be a boost for Brazilian property investors, as the event is set to attract over 500,000 visitors.
"Rental opportunities will abound and those buying land and real estate in the country should reap the rewards," he says.
His comments follow similar assertions from Samantha Gore, sales and marketing director at Brazilian property specialist uv10, who recently said that interest in real estate in the country will rise in the run up to the World Cup.
