New Brazilian holidays launched
A series of new Brazilian holidays have been launched by a Latin American tour operator.
The new Easter breaks, sure to give Brazil’s emerging market even more exposure, are being operated by Journey Latin America and are described as "inspiring options".
Holidaymakers looking to explore the country, which has become a property investment hotspot, are being offered the chance to travel from coast to coast between Rio de Janeiro and finishing at the Peruvian city of Lima.
The trip will take three weeks and allows travellers to look down on Rio de Janeiro from the Corcovado mountains and "get soaked" from the spray at Brazil’s beautiful Iguassú Falls.
Journey Latin America has been operating since 1980 and offers a range of holidays in Latin and Central America.
The Brazilian tourism board, Embratur, reported that tourism in the country during 2007 was growing at an annual rate of 7.2 per cent.
Such growth may be good news for property investors as it may increase demand for property rentals in the nation.
