Research should be undertaken on Brazilian property locations
Brazilian property investment can provide people with a popular holiday home in a beautiful coastal village, according to a report.
Alexander Wasastjerna, a partner at Brazilian Homes, told NuWire that people should focus on the potential sale price of a finished property on the land that its built, rather than the initial cost.
"One of the biggest mistakes many foreign land investors make is that they only look at the price of the land. The fact is, however, that cheap land tends to be in deserted locations with very little interest from a tourist point of view," the expert told Brazilian property investors.
He added that often, these areas are probably not very popular, and it is likely that the investor’s house has no appeal to any end-user buyer.
One location which would please Brazilian property investors is Novo Airao, which Alison McGowan, writing for Gringoes.com, said is "beautifully situated".
