Beautiful beaches attracting people to property in Brazil
Many people will be attracted to buy property in Brazil due to the beautiful beaches in the country, an expert has claimed.
Francisco Cipriano de Paulo Segundo, economic development secretary of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, said that many people are drawn to the beaches and also reminded those considering buying property in Brazil that the country is closer to Europe than many think.
"The Natal district is closer to Europe than all of Brazil," the expert added, when speaking at the Why Brazil? Why Now? Investment Opportunities in Real Estate & Tourism Markets conference.
Mr Segundo added: "We have a lot of good, wonderful beaches, 410 km of beach with warm water."
His comments follow figures from the Brazilian Tourist Board released earlier this year which showed that there were 2.3 per cent more British visitors travelling to Brazil in 2008, when compared to the previous year.
