‘Big profit opportunities’ in Brazilian property investment
Investors in Brazilian property could gain a net profit of up to 23 per cent in just four months, according to an industry expert.
Samantha Gore, sales and marketing director of UV10, said that the Brazilian government’s My House, My Life initiative, which is seeing one million affordable homes for low-income families being built by 2011, is giving people excellent investment opportunities.
Ms Gore said that UV10 was working with a development company in Natal, in the north-east of the country, creating 1,534 properties in 15 gated communities.
"With huge demand and fast modular construction techniques, Bosque Verde (the development) will be built and turned around quickly and, by offering initial investment packages with discounts to bulk buyers, the developer is able to reinvest his capital early into the next opportunity," she added.
Recently, Toby Simcox, sales and business development manager at the International Homes Network, told people interested in Brazilian property that the country would be a hotspot in 2010.
