Brazil property has ‘everything going for it’
After the recent problems in the housing market in Dubai, Brazilian property investment is an ideal alternative, according to an expert.
A report written by property firm Shelter Offshore said that Brazil is a nation with everything going for it for expatriates seeking the maximum in terms of opportunity.
It added that, from a lifestyle point of view, it has an emerging tourism scene, meaning it is improving its infrastructure and becoming more appealing all the time.
"There is also an expanding base of expatriate interest in the country, making it easier to settle in, make friends, adapt and adjust to," the report said.
On the economic side of things, major firms such as Ford are investing in the country to help it cope with increasing demand for its products, while Volkswagen are also following suit.
This has followed on from positive sales figures by BMW, Audi and Mercedes in the country for their luxury cars.
