Brazil property is among best investments of 2010
Brazilian property is among the top international investment destinations in 2010, according to a consultancy expert.
Property Frontiers said that Brazilian property was the "poster boy" for investment over the next 12 months, but refused to give too much away ahead of the release of its ten favoured destinations.
Ben Jeffries, the firm’s sourcing manager, said that unlike some of the other countries on its list, Brazilian property had the potential to be a solid investment location for the next ten to 50 years.
In making Brazil its favourite, Property Frontiers said that the country had massive potential for economic growth from new oil field discoveries, along with the rising tourism numbers, which in itself is an investment opportunity.
The firm added that Natal, in the north eastern corner of the country, offered the "pinnacle" of beach-front living.
Natal is also an area which offers investors an interesting cultural destination, along with fine eateries and good shopping facilities.
