Brazilian property could benefit from new airport
People buying property in Brazil could soon reap the benefits of a new airport being built in the area of Natal.
According to Richard Way, editor of A Place in the Sun Magazine, Natal is among the many great places to invest in Brazil, along with others such as Ceara, Rio Grande de Norte and Recife.
He commented: "There’s a whole big chunk [of places] and they’re all next to each other and all have the virgin coastline with palm-fringed beaches and are still very affordable."
Land in Brazil is often undervalued and has been known to go for around £5 per square metre.
Britons considering buying property in Brazil are often attracted by what BuyAssociation describes as the country’s "diverse landscape, rich culture, idyllic climate and affordability".
The cost of living in Brazil is around 20 per cent that in the UK.
