Brazilian property has ‘everything in its favour’
People considering buying property in Brazil will be in a good position, with one website saying it is the ideal place to buy in 2010.
Write About Property has stated that the country has "everything going in its favour", with the economy growing well and oil reserves bolstering this further.
The source places Brazilian property third on its list of places to invest next year, saying that the recent awarding of the football World Cup and Olympics will boost it further.
"I recommend investing in low-profile residential property, that will benefit from the increasing demand as the middle class grows," the source added.
It also said that the north-east would be best for a holiday hotspot too, with Natal being ideal with its great beaches, good weather and low property prices.
The organisation is not the only one to recommend Brazilian property, with Tom Hall, travel editor at Lonely Planet, saying that the country offers lots of variety.
