Brazilian property ‘ideal for investment’
The Brazilian property investment market is ideal, it is being claimed.
According to the Economic Times, Latin America is relatively unexplored in terms of immigration for Indians and has the potential of turning into an "attractive" destination.
"Brazil is widely considered as one of the prominent emerging property markets in the world with its low real estate prices," the publication notes.
It adds that non-nationals gain the same kind of rights as Brazilians when buying property in the Brazil.
"Early real estate investors are looking at excellent returns in Brazil’s prime locations. Not surprisingly, Rio is the most popular," it continued.
Meanwhile, it was reported by the Brazil Arab News Agency, that the owner of one of Lebanon’s largest banks claimed Brazil is one of the best countries to invest in.
Adman Kassar, who is also the president of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture for Arab Countries, said the eruption in investment has largely come about following the international financial crisis which has knocked confidence in Europe.
