Brazilian property in Rio ‘caters for everyone’
Rio de Janeiro has a wide range of activities for people, making it an ideal destination for investing in Brazilian property.
Dominic DeGrazier, writing for the San Diego Reader, recently visited the city and said that its abundant samba music, friendly people and sunny days combine to give an "elongated euphoria".
He stated that owning Brazilian property in Rio will give people the opportunity to visit the city’s many attractions, including the Christ the Redeemer statue and the famed Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.
"If the beach isn’t your thing, meandering through the small bohemian neighbourhood of Santa Teresa will satiate most anyone’s visual and culinary senses. Hang out at a bar and listen to effusively positive sounds while sipping on a Caipirinha, the revered Brazilian cocktail," he commented.
Jacques Rogge, president of the International Olympic Committee, told the Vancouver Sun recently that Brazilian property will benefit from Rio’s hosting of the 2016 Olympic Games as public transport and other infrastructure changes will transform the city.
