Brazilian property in Shamballa Resort highly tipped
People thinking about investing in property in Brazil have been told that freehold plots at the Shamballa Resort should be looked at.
Samantha Gore, sales manager for Brazilian real estate firm uv10.com, said that right now, land values in parts of Brazil are soaring, particularly in the north-east of the country.
She explained that 90 minutes north of Natal is the once undiscovered village of Sao Miguel do Gostoso, which is where the Shamballa Resort is based.
It offers blank canvas villa plots ranging between 500 m/sq and 900 m/sq in area, while the resort also benefits from 30km of untouched sandy coastline and a range of amenities.
"With available plots starting from 54,705 Brazilian reais – around £20,200 – for a little over 500 m/sq, they represent excellent value," she added.
Earlier this month, Brazilian property was named as a promising investment by the Global Property Guide, thanks to the country’s strong economy.
