Brazilian property is in ‘wonderful location’ in Tiradentes
People looking to invest in Brazilian property should consider looking at Tiradentes if they want a homely, quiet destination.
Alison McGowan, a Brazilian property expert, told Gringoes.com that Tiradentes can be reached after travelling through hours of rolling green hills, with visitors being greeted by a "picture perfect, almost unspoilt, colonial town".
She added that the destination is becoming better known, but still retains a sleepy feel outside of the festival season because of its remote location.
Pointing out some of the benefits of Tiradentes, Ms McGowan said that people will be treated to peace and tranquillity, while she also advised visitors to take a walking tour or horse-drawn cart around the town.
There are also a handful of churches to visit, while local handicrafts from nearby Bichinho are also a must-see.
Set in the state of Minas Gerais, Tiradentes is one of a number of small towns in the area which feature architectural heritage and colonial art.
