Brazilian property ‘is proving to be a popular investment’
Property in Brazil is gaining plenty of attention from the media and it is fully deserved, according to an industry expert.
A blog posting on Property-Abroad.com said that Brazilian real estate is proving to be a popular investment option at the moment, with the north-east of the country leading the way.
"Property in Brazil is famed for being among the lowest priced in the world. Prices have actually risen in the last 12 to 18 months in the luxury sector, but prices are still low by comparison to developed markets," the guide said.
Offering an example, the blog post said that studio apartments in small, scenic fishing villages such as Paraiba are currently available for around £20,000.
Recently, Alison McGowan, writing for Gringoes.com, said that Brazilian property in small fishing villages can cater for people who are looking for cultured bars and boutiques during high season and a relaxing getaway in the off season.
