Brazilian property market ‘has firmly established itself’
The Brazilian property market has become "firmly established" as a great opportunity for overseas investors, according to an expert.
BuyAssociation.co.uk asserts that the north-east of the country remains the most popular area among purchasers.
The company states: "Brazil has now firmly established itself in the minds of overseas property buyers and as the market grows there are now buyers for lifestyle and even emigration."
It asserts that investors are "placing their faith in bricks and mortar at present", rather than purchasing stocks and shares as they might previously have done.
BuyAssociation.co.uk claims there remains movement in the luxury property market, despite other sectors coming to a standstill.
Recently, Ronan McMahon, executive director of Pathfinder International, told TodaysFinancialNews.com that the north-eastern city of Fortaleza in Brazil is the top opportunity for overseas property investors.
He claimed that it is becoming an increasingly popular destination for people from Europe and has "incredible upside potential".
