Brazilian property market ‘is among world’s best’
The Brazilian property market is "one of the best in the world" at the moment as the country has remained strong through the global financial crisis and is likely to come out of it "relatively unscathed", according to an expert.
Frank Crowley, director of Azure Overseas, asserts that he does not have a bad word to say about the country.
"The fact that there is still so much new development in Brazil, with new areas seeing new development and growing into newly emerging markets, Brazil property investment continues to be a very good idea," he states.
Mr Crowley claims there is the potential for 12 per cent rental yields on real estate in the country as well as immediate gains on off-plan property purchases.
This week, Romasa Storey, author of Live and Work in Brazil, said the strength of the country’s economy has attracted people to invest in the property market.
