Brazilian property market ‘is good for rentals’
The Brazilian property market offers good vacation rental opportunities for investors because of the all-round warm climate, an expert states.
Samantha Gore, sales manager at uv10, says buyers usually look for Brazilian property as an investment or holiday home.
Ms Gore asserts that the difference between Brazil’s housing sector and other markets is people’s love of the South American country.
She states that many investors like to use their property for one or two holidays a year and then rent it out for the rest of the time.
"You’ve got a long rental season because it is warm all year round and a long season you can rent it out for," Ms Gore explains.
She adds that the Brazilian property market offers good long-term prospects as purchasers tend to hold on to their investment over an extended period, providing stability for the sector.
"The market has got proper legs," Ms Gore asserts.
