Brazilian property on north-east coast ‘top pick’ for investors
One of the best places in the world for beach property investment is Brazil’s stunning north-east coast, according to an industry expert.
Catherine Deshayes, writing for TheMoveChannel, said that the area’s cooling ocean breezes really make a difference for Britons looking at Brazilian property investment.
"And property prices in Brazil’s north-east are highly affordable, particularly when you factor in that many developers [are] offering financing and affordable monthly payments," she added.
The expert highlighted Cumbuco as a place of great interest, thanks to its white sand beach and curve of coconut palms which hug the bay.
Ms Deshayes also said that many Brazilian families have traditionally owned large homes here, however, the area has now caught the attention of developers as well.
With a population of around 1,600, Cumbuco is a peaceful fishing village situated around 16 miles from Fortaleza, attracting fans of kite surfing and windsurfing to its picturesque beach.
