Brazilian property owners ‘can get a bargain’
New buyers of property in Brazil can get a home for £40,000 and be in with a chance to win tickets to the Olympics and the World Cup.
UV10 has released plots for property in Brazil’s Natal Ocean Club Resort & Spa starting from £40,000 for 600 sq m or more.
The area is planned to become one of the most sophisticated private beachfront resorts in the north-east of the country, with the sites for sale ranging from 600 to 1,000 sq m land plots.
Samantha Gore, sales and marketing director for specialist Brazil real estate agents UV10.com, said: "The lowest priced Beach Cabana now available direct from the developer is £308,000 but, taking the self-build route, this price could be slashed to £181,000 fully furnished with the added benefit of having until November 2011 to begin construction."
In addition to the Brazilian property offer, the company will enter each buyer into a competition to win three pairs of tickets to the 2016 Olympics and the 2014 World Cup, which are being held in Brazil.
The decision to award the Olympics to Brazil has been widely applauded, with Carl Mortished, writing for the Times, saying that it will lead to £8.5 million of investment being ploughed into Rio de Janeiro.
