Brazilian tourist board reveals UK road show dates
The Brazilian tourist board (Embratur) has announced the dates of a series of road show workshops through which it will promote the country to travel agents and operators across the UK and Ireland.
Embratur will make stops in London, Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Edinburgh and Dublin between May and November on its tour of the British Isles, the third time that the board has organised workshops for the UK travel industry.
Through the seminars, it hopes to give reservations and sales teams a better understanding of Brazil and what it has to offer for consumers, holidaymakers and investors.
Each event will be run in the evening from 18:30 BST to 21:20 BST and will include a prize draw to win a place on Embratur’s trips to Brazil.
Last month, National Geographic magazine named Brazil the top destination for adventurous holidaymakers along with Nepal, the second time the country has won this category in the past three years.
