Fractional Brazilian property ‘innovative and original’
The fractional market for Brazilian property offers some "very original and innovative proposals", it has been claimed.
Talking with Fractional Life, Mario Ocampo, public relations director for RCI Latin America, said that the Brazilian property offerings combine ecological tourism with high-end fractional property.
He told the news provider: "The involvement of European investors has also been very important in the Latin American market.
"Part of the Brazilian growth in particular is due to European investment."
He claimed that a small number of European buyers are purchasing in countries which have always been linked with Europe.
More than 60 new developments in Latin America joined RCI last year, with seven of these based in Brazil.
Timothy Barber, writing for City AM, claimed earlier this year that those interested in Brazilian property should consider fractional ownership.
He added that fractional lets buyers enjoy a luxurious foreign home without needing to pay excessive sums of money.
