Home Overseas releases Brazil property guide
Homes Overseas has released a new guide designed to help people looking for property for sale in Brazil.
The article, entitled Property Investors Getting Excited About Brazil, provides potential buyers with facts about developments in the housing market in the country, giving information region-by-region.
It is divided into three sections, covering trends, the economy and recommendations for investors, including possible complexities in the buying process.
Homes Overseas – a leading international property magazine which has been in circulation since 1965 and is published monthly – describes the guide as "elaborate".
It says the economy-based statistics, including capital appreciation and rental yield, "definitely assist with any property investment decision".
Last month, FTSE, along with The European Public Real Estate Association and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, launched emerging markets indices designed to help buyers, including those looking for property for sale in Brazil.
Ronnee Ades, head of alternatives at the FSTE group, said: "Investors are increasingly expressing interest in accessing emerging markets."
