Investors told of different Brazilian property opportunities
Those interested in investing in Brazilian property have been told that a range of options currently exist for them.
A report by Adam Consultancy said that residential investment in Brazil has shown consistent growth in value over the last few years, and has even managed to remain stable during the recession.
One of the advantages of residential homes is that it provides people with equity and generates cash flow.
Buy to let means that investors are getting a property according to market demand, rather than to their need, and this area has seen rapid growth since the mid 1990s.
"Land investment has always been a good option, both for personal and commercial use. You have plenty of options: you can sell it at a higher rate, you can build homes and make it a residential complex, or make it a commercial complex and so on," said the report.
Whichever option is chosen, sales supervisor of Brazilian property Thiago Davidian recently told the BBC that it is "great" to be involved in sector.
