New Brazilian real estate conference
Leaders of Brazil’s most prominent real estate firms will attend an industry conference next month.
The MZ Real Estate conference in Sao Paulo is being hosted by MZ, an investor relations and financial communications firm, and will give an overview of the Brazilian property market through a series of presentations and one-on-one meetings.
CEOs and CFOs of the country’s leading real estate firms will use the forum, which takes place on October 1st and 2nd, as an opportunity to discuss and analyse corporate strategies, to advance Brazil’s property market.
The conference follows comments by Mike Dunkerley, director of Global Property Guide, who suggested "early bird" investors had moved away from Spain in favour of emerging markets.
As one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, Brazil is a potentially lucrative destination for property investors.
MZ was founded in 1999 with the aim of supporting the relationship between public companies and capital markets and has offices in New York, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. It has over 190 clients in nine countries and this conference will be the first of its kind for the company in Brazil.
