Brazil Property News: Brazil has 'best levels of jobs and production in 3 years'

Brazil has achieved its best levels of employment and production in three years, say industry experts.
According to information disclosed in the Industrial Analysis released by the Brazilian National Confederation of Industries (CNI), the elevation in the production index reached 58.2 points in the third quarter of 2007, an increase on the previous quarter.
CNI said: "The Industrial Analysis for the third quarter of 2007 strengthens the signs of economic expansion noticed in the second quarter of this year."
Following the growth in production, the number of job offers being made has also increased in the Latin American country.
The index revealed that the number of employees rose from 52.6 points in the second quarter of 2007 to 53.8 points in the third.
Mirroring these figures, the Brazilian tourist board also announced growth within the tourism economy for August 2007, claiming the industry is growing at a rate of 7.2 per cent per year.
The news that more foreign tourists are visiting Brazil may be good for property investors, who could see an increase in demand for holiday rentals around the country's beaches.
