Property in Brazil is likely to rise in value and now is a "good time to get involved", one British expatriate has said.
Those considering buying property in Brazil may be interested to know that the north-eastern resort of Pipa has been described as "stunning" by Paul Knott, who has recently bought property there.
According to Easier Property, the 42-year-old saw the Latin American nation as the perfect location to lay the foundations for an overseas property portfolio as it is a "real contender for investment success".
Pipa is in the city of Natal which is the capital of the north-eastern state of Rio Grande do Norde.
It was revealed earlier in the year the city had attracted the investment of a number of A-listers including footballers David Beckham and Ronaldo and Hollywood movie star Antonio Banderas, all of whom own exclusive property in Natal.
