Brazilian property could be set to boom after the country was described to investors as more than just beaches, it has been reported.
The nation's tourism ministry - Embratur - revealed it is raising the profile of the country throughout the world as there is so much to the nation that many do not realise, according to Property Wire.
In a plan to lure more investors to property in Brazil, the institute is challenging the nation's industries to do their bit and help the country continue to boom.
An Embratur spokesman said: "We are stepping up our efforts to promote this wide variety of attractions to prospective visitors and investors worldwide. We are a modern country with huge diversity both natural and cultural."
He added a host of activities including outdoor pursuits such as caving, canoeing, fishing and bird watching as well as visiting historical cities like Ouro Preto and Olinda were just some of the things to do in Brazil.
It was claimed earlier in the month by PricewaterhouseCoopers the nation's reputation among foreign investors was improving which is bolstering Brazilian property.
When it comes to property investment, the early bird really does catch the worm.
