Investors should look to Brazil as Latin America's best market, one global investment expert said.

Credit Agricole Asset Managmeent (CAAM) revealed the Latin American nation offers the region's greatest market for investment, according to Reuters.

Referring to Standard and Poor raising the Brazil's credit rating, Stephane Mauppin-Higashino, a CAAM executive, told the news agency: "That new investment grade status will unleash some potential further re-rating."

"It will attract additional flows to the country," he added.

Those considering property for sale in Brazil could be interested to hear the nation is being tipped again as the right place for investments.

It was reported by the Motley Fool last week that Brazil's government is regarded as more reliable than Russia's which suggests the nations is a safer place to invest.

The DowJones Financial news reported this week the Bric (Brazil, Russia, India and China) countries booming performance is causing investors to increase their allocations to emerging markets.
