Brazil Property News: Brazilian airline announces new interline deal

Brazilian airline VRG has announced a new interline deal this week.
The low-cost airline's code share agreement with the Netherlands-based airline KLM will begin this month and give passengers of both airlines the chance to purchase one ticket to all destinations they serve.
VRG's commercial director, Lincoln Amano, said: "The interline agreement with KLM will provide our passengers with access to destinations in Europe, [which are] currently outside of VRG's route network."
In September last year VRG signed-up to participate in the multilateral interline traffic agreement, which links-up a network of airlines from around the world.
All members of this agreement are given the option to form interline agreements with other airlines, in a bid to improve their business.
Improved aviation links to and from Brazil may be goods news for those with property in the nation, as it may encourage more tourists to pay the Latin American country a visit.
Earlier this week, Brazilian airlines were given a boost when its civil aviation regulator permitted airlines in the nation to slash their prices by as much as 50 per cent in order to boost business.
