Brazil Property News: Brazilian business heads to Africa

Brazil will promote a business delegation mission to North Africa next month, it has been reported.

The trip organised by the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Relations is taking registrations until Friday (December 19th), according to the Brazil Arab News Agency.

Led by minister Miguel Jorge the business mission with be held January 24th to 30th and is likely to involve trips to Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco.

Antonio Sarkis Jr, president of the Arab Brazilian Chamber, told the publication: "North Africa is a market with great potential and trade (with Brazil) has grown significantly in recent years."

Those considering buying property in Brazil could be interested to learn about the efforts of the government to try and further strengthen its economy by boosting exports abroad.

Meanwhile, Brazzil Magazine reported this week that the nation's coffee harvest has grown by nearly one-third this year.
