Mike Parks, senior vice president of Worldspan, said: "We are delighted to partner with CMNet in expanding our database with hundreds of valuable Latin American properties.

"CMNet and Worldspan share a commitment to innovation and advancement for all participants in the Latin American travel business and this is the foundation for a fruitful partnership."
