Brazil Property News: Brazilian property "most attractive"

12th November 2008 05:14

Property for sale in Brazil is one of the "most attractive" emerging real estate markets for the British buyer looking abroad, it has been reported.

According to Homesgofast.com, now the pound is weaker than ever against the euro which means the property in Spain and other nations on the continent are more expensive.

It added that sterling is deteriorating against the US dollar makes, Christmas shopping trips to New York are less appealing as well.

The website highlighted the Palm Beach development near the Ceara state capital of Fortaleza boasts fully-furnished units, tennis courts and swimming pools, while the gated community of Porto dos Corais set in the "idyllic fishing village" of Muracajau is also worth a look.

"Here the white sand is lapped by crystal-clear waters and a beautiful 13 kilometre-squared natural coral reef sits just a few kilometres off-shore," it added.

Meanwhile, Brazilian property investors could be interested to hear that the Brazil Arab News Agency reported this week that the Latin American country and other developing nations are coordinating their efforts to fight the global financial crisis.
