Brazil Property News: Brazil's emerging north-east is 'ideal' for investors

18th April 2008 05:03

The emerging real estate market in north-east Brazil is "ideal", according to an investment organisation.

International Property Investment Network (IPIN) said that despite the region already being famous as a booming real estate destination, property in and around the state capital Joao Pessoa is less known.

It revealed that Sossego Bay offered excellent value for money and strong capital growth.

The company said: "This gives the area emerging status, while tapping into the infrastructure benefits the hot spot of northeast Brazil has to offer.

While prices in the region are still low, IPIN believes a "strong tourist infrastructure" is already in place, including a nearby international airport and many restaurants and attractions.

Meanwhile, investment advisor IN2 announced recently that property in Brazil is booming and there had never been a better time to invest in the Latin American nation.
