Brazil Property News: Latin America orders 300 planes

A European aircraft manufacturer has announced it will deliver 300 passenger planes to clients in Latin America.
Highlighting aviation growth in the region, Airbus announced it had already received payment for 200 aircraft since January 2007, reports the Dow Jones.
Brazil's TAM Airline is the company's biggest regional client and bought 103 planes.
Speaking at the FIDAE air show in Santiago, Rafael Alonso, Airbus' senior vice-president of sales for the region, said he expects Brazil will buy another 250 to 300 planes within the next 20 years.
This is good news for investors in the region as the growth in aviation could mean more flights to and from the area.
Held every other year in Santiago, the FIDAE show is the fifth largest of its kind in the world.
Last month, it was announced that Finnair had bought three jets from Brazilian manufacturer Embraer in a deal worth $112.5 million (£56.25 million).
