Brazil Property News: Pele celebrates Brazil with cruise

Brazilian property investors could be interested to hear that soccer legend Pele has invited some of the world's greatest footballers on board his self-titled cruise, which sets sail next summer.
The first ever Pele cruise on board the Costa Serena will depart Venice on June 28th 2009 and will include Brazilian performers such as Toquinho and Alexandre Pires.
Pele told reporters at a press conference held in Madrid that passengers will include the presidents of football confederations, federations and clubs, as well as other big names from the sports world.
"During my career as a footballer, I was often far from my family and my friends, but I have never forgotten the special atmosphere and the unique flavours of my country," he added.
The cruise will focus on Brazilian music, atmospheres, flavours and the organisers promise it will be the perfect combination of pleasure and fun.
Pele won the World Cup three times in 1958, 1962 and 1970.
