Brazil's medical tourism market is protected by a trust factor that can only be gained over time, one property advisor has claimed.
Nubricks has revealed that property in Brazil has the potential to benefit hugely from the nation's reputation in medical tourism.
Those considering buying property in Brazil could be interested to hear that the country's status as a medical tourism leader is having a beneficial impact, according to the property investment publication.
Writing on the blog, Mark Benson explained that there is a major trust factor involved in medical tourism and "this trust needs to be gained over time".
He suggested that local economies and property markets could benefit from becoming a medical tourism destination by having a positive impact on "skilled and unskilled trades alike".
"As the destination attracts more and more interest, with increased medical tourism, both domestic and foreign investors are also likely to benefit," he added.
Meanwhile, last month the Latin American country was named one of the world's top medical tourist destinations by the New Wire Investor publication.
